A Journey Back to Yourself

The Art of Coming Home to Yourself

A Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

8 Days, 7 Nights | April 18 - 25, 2026 | From $2,400

What if you gave yourself the space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the person you truly are?

Our retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to a deeper relationship with yourself. Through the wisdom of traditional yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, you'll explore what it means to live with greater awareness, compassion, and intention.

Together, we'll create space to move beyond the noise of the mind and reconnect with the intelligence of the body. Each practice offers an opportunity to become more present, embrace your experiences, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace.

Whether you're beginning your yoga journey or have been practicing for years, this experience welcomes you exactly as you are.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, connected, and at home within yourself.

Reconnect Through the Wisdom of Yoga

Yoga is more than a physical practice. It is a pathway toward understanding ourselves, cultivating awareness, and reconnecting with the wisdom that already lives within us.

Throughout this retreat, we'll explore yoga as a holistic practice through asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yogic philosophy.

Our practices are rooted in the belief that healing begins when we create space to listen to our bodies rather than push beyond their needs.

Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop a deeper connection with your body.

  • Cultivate awareness of your thoughts and emotions.

  • Explore breathing techniques that support calm and presence.

  • Build a sustainable personal yoga practice.

  • Create space for reflection, self-compassion, and inner growth.

Every practice is an invitation, never a competition. You don't need to be flexible, experienced, or perfect. You simply need to arrive with curiosity and an openness to explore.

Explore the Many Dimensions of Your Practice

A meaningful yoga journey extends beyond the mat. It's found in the moments when we pause, breathe, connect, and become fully present.

Our retreat brings together different experiences to support your connection with yourself, your surroundings, and the present moment.

Meet Your Guide

Harpinder Mann

Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher | Mindfulness Educator | Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

Harpinder is a Los Angeles-based yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, and somatic experiencing practitioner whose work is rooted in trauma-informed practice and decolonial frameworks.

Her approach brings together traditional yoga, pranayama, meditation, somatic practices, and yogic philosophy to create meaningful pathways toward embodiment, healing, and liberation.

Harpinder discovered yoga in 2015 during a period of heightened anxiety. What began as a personal practice became a journey of reconnecting with her body, finding presence, and developing a deeper sense of gratitude for life.

Her spiritual foundation draws from Sikhism, Buddhism, and her ancestral roots in Panjab, India. She has completed more than 1,000 hours of yoga training across India, Australia, New Orleans, and New York, studying Raja, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Kundalini, and Prenatal Yoga.

Today, she shares yoga as a spiritual path, helping students cultivate a more authentic relationship with themselves.

Her teaching is grounded in compassion, accessibility, and the belief that every individual deserves a space where they can show up as they are.
