Oppression thrives off our disconnection. It teaches us a lie: that our bodies are only valuable if an external body of authority deems them to be so.

The truth, however, is that we are already enough and our voices matter.

There is medicine in each one of us that has the potential to heal one another and these lands—something we need now more than ever.

My role is simply to help you reconnect to your wholeness, so you may reclaim your own life and find what you bring to the journey toward collective liberation.
