The Embodied Path Mentorship
A 6-Month 1:1 Mentorship for Yoga Teachers Who Want to Teach with Integrity, Lineage, and Embodied Wisdom
I want you to find your unique place in yoga. Together, we’ll help you find your voice, become grounded in your values, and get clear on how yoga is currently and has changed your life.
WHAT A JOY TO CONNECT WITH YOU.
If you are here, it means you feel the call — the pull toward deeper study, guidance, and support on your path as a teacher.
I see your light.
I see your devotion.
And I am honored that you are considering walking this sacred path with me as mentor and mentee, teacher and student.
This is not a quick training.
This is not a surface-level course.
This is lineage-rooted, embodied mentorship grounded in tradition, integrity, and personal transformation.
WHY MENTORSHIP? WHY NOW?
In traditional yoga, the student–teacher relationship is an integral part of the path. This is referred to as the guru–shishya paramparā. The traditional pedagogy of yoga is based on knowledge and wisdom transfer from the teacher (the acharya or guru) to the student, and this also includes directing the student experientially so that the teachings become embodied and not just understood intellectually.
Yoga was never meant to be absorbed in a room of thirty people or in quick weekend trainings.
It is meant to be lived and applied throughout life, and having a teacher helps with that guidance. A good teacher is able to compassionately hold a mirror up to us, to show us where further refinement is needed. This relationship is one of intimacy and trust.
In the way modern yoga is shared, we are losing the spaciousness, depth, accountability and witnessing that this path asks from us.
In my own journey as a yoga teacher, I’ve had to seek out one-on-one teachers myself, outside of the yoga teacher training context, and their support has guided me toward a vital, foundational understanding of yoga from a traditional perspective.
This yoga mentorship program is a return to tradition and sacred relationship, something we need in the modern yoga landscape now more than ever.

“Under Harpinder’s mentorship, I was able to transform my ways of thinking and seeing. Her teaching style is gentle, firm, and full of compassion. She allows you the space to make mistakes in your process while also holding you accountable. In my time with her, I was able to knock down years-old mental barriers that were holding me back from growth. I would recommend Harpinder to anyone looking to not only deepen their relationship with yoga, but with themselves as well. Plus, her commitment to educating and sharing authentic yoga rather than a watered-down westernized version is very special and very rare. She is the real deal.” - Seeret S.
