The Practice of Being with Uncertainty and Not Knowing

We are often taught to meet uncertainty by searching for answers, reaching for control, or rushing toward a plan. Yet life continually brings us to thresholds and liminal spaces where the path ahead is unclear.

Yoga offers us practices and inquiry not necessarily to eliminate the unknown, but to expand our capacity to remain present within it. What becomes possible when we stop treating uncertainty as a problem to solve and begin approaching it as a space for listening, discernment, and trust?

Through gentle asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, journaling, and community reflection, we will explore how uncertainty lives in the body and practice tending to the discomfort it creates. Together, we will cultivate greater steadiness, spaciousness, and self-trust, even when clarity has not yet arrived.

Open to yoga students and teachers of all experience levels. Bring any lived experience you are working through and let's see what arises.

This is an in-person workshop at Light and Space in Echo Park. You can register HERE.
